Wisconsin Holstein Association State Picnic!
A nice crowd travelled to Crescentmead Holsteins in Ixonia, WI for the 2009 Wisconsin Holstein Association State Picnic on Saturday, July 11th. It was a picture perfect summer day in southeast Wisconsin with blue skies and lots of sunshine for the event which featured live music, a judging contest, open barn and a dunk tank!

The Crescentmead barn and entryway – always immaculate and attractive!

A very pretty lineup of two-year-olds in the barn!
L to R: Jr Two-Year-Old Cowtown Dundee Olive (VG-85), Raggi Durham Tobi (VG-88) – 1st Sr Two-Year-Old at the Midwest National Spring Show this year – and Miss Behave Yourself, a recently fresh Stormatic Sr Two-Year-Old.
Olive and Tobi are owned by Kyle Natzke and Miss Behave Yourself is owned by Matt Lintvedt and Rich Coulthard.

Any interesting stories with this group??
L to R: Rodney Bohnhoff, Ken Elliott, Tim Natzke and Tom Morris

Part of the crowd enjoying the delicious catered lunch.

Host and hostess with the mostest!
Todd & Christa Wendorf of Crescentmead Holsteins

The dunk tank may have been the most popular feature of the day! Here WHA Director of Operations Christianne Williams proves she is a good sport as she was dunked repeatedly during her turn in the tank!

The afternoon turned out quite warm – perfect for sitting in the shade and watching the dunk tank activity!
