Holstein World field reporter Leah Henkes was on hand for the Iowa State Holstein Picnic held in August. Following is a picture summary of the day!

The first stop was a visit to Lands-Brook Farms – Larry Landsgard of St. Olaf, IA.

Henkes-Brook Dellia Jo (EX-91, EX-MS), is a Lheros x EX-90 Winchester Dash who traces back to the Dellia family.

The second stop of the day – Henkeseen Holsteins, the home of Trent, Leslie, Leah and Matt Henkes Luana, IA

The white cow (left) is an EX-90 Morty out of the EX-92 Mason Handi x EX-94 Hillary and EX-94 Marci.

Moondale’s newest EX-95, EX-MS – Moondale Stefanie, the Reserve All-American 5-Year-Old in 2007 and Grand Champion of the Iowa State Holstein Show in 2007 and 2009.
