2010 Maryland State Fair Red & White Holstein Show

TIMONIUM, Md. — A senior 3-year old, Greenlea AD Mae-Red-ET, exhibited by Savage Leigh Holsteins of Knoxville was named the grand champion female of the Maryland State Fair Red & White Holstein Show held here, on Thursday, September 2nd. Patrick Youse of Ridgely took home the reserve grand champion trophy with his junior 2-year old, Pintail Point Cattie-Red.
The junior champion title was awarded to a fall calf, Holbric Star Alanis-Red-ET presented by Kayla Umbel of Emmitsburg. Woodfild Contender Dawny-Red, exhibited by Chad Umbel, Matt and Sarah Hawbaker, Chris and Jennifer Hill, MD-Hillbrook of Thurmont took home the reserve junior champion title. Winning the Premier Exhibitor banner was the Christman Family, Ra-Rob Holsteins of Poolesville. Richard Green of Middletown, Del. was presented with the Premier Breeder banner.
