The harvest was bountiful at this year’s New York Holstein Harvest Sale that took place today at the Cornell Livestock Pavilion on the Cornell University campus in Ithaca, NY. The Harvest Sale is a tradition that continues for its hosts – the Cornell University Dairy Science Club, sponsors – the NY Holstein Association and Manager – The Cattle Exchange. Each year this group of people put together a fantastic group of animals and this year was no exception. In fact – it was a record setting year with an all-time high average of $5,223 on 94 full lots! Congratulations to everyone involved on an outstanding sale!
