Bosside Opportunity III Tag Sale Highlights!

The Bosside Opportunity III Tag Sale took place at the new home of Bosside Holsteins in Colby, WI on Friday, October 19th. 43 lots were offered and 25 of those sold for an average of $5,440 and a total gross of $136,000.

High seller at $55,000 was Lot #1 – Bosside Epic Yinga, a 6/12 Epic with a +2525 GTPI and +3.60T. Yinga is out of a GP-81 Bomaz Boulder daughter of Co-op Bosside Yelonda GP-84, who is the only full sister of the #1 proven bull – Co-op Bosside Massey. Yinga carried a contract from Accelerated Genetics and was purchased by T-Spruce Holsteins of Richmond, MN.

Lot 15 – $8,100 – 1st choice Dakker, Proxy PP or Any-Red female out of Ms D Apple Danika-Red-ET, a Destry daughter of Ms Delicious Apple-Red VG-88, then EX-95 Apple

Lot 17 – $8,000 – Bosside OStyle Dharma-ET, a VG-85 VG-MS two-year-old O-Style daughter out of five EX dams from the Dev-Lin Dancer Dana family. Dharma sold to Jason Lamoreaux of Belding, MI and carried an Accelerated Genetics contract.

Lot 4 – $6,000 – 1st choice Headliner female out of Co-op Bosside Yelonda-ET GP-84 from the same maternal line as Massey.

Lot 30 – $5,000 – Bosside Freddie Farah-ET, a 8/11 Freddie GTPI +2229 out of Bosside Shottle Sherry-ET GP-84, then eight VG & EX dams from the Jo-Clar Jess Patsy family.

Lot 6 – $4,600 – Bosside Colt Yshia-ET, a polled *RC Bogart +1965 GTPI out of Co-op Bosside Yelonda-ET GP-84, back through the Yadda family.
Buyer: Steven Addis, GA

Lot 21 – $4,300 – Bosside Dorcas-ET, a VG-85 VG-MS Freddie 2-year-old out of the Dancer Dana family.

Lot 10 – $4,200 – Bosside Shamrock Yessie-ET, a 2/12 Shamrock +2257 GTPI out of Co-op Bosside Yelonda-ET.
Buyer: Harmony-Ho Holsteins, Stratford, WI
